Nicola attended Monroe College and completed a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. With over ten years in New York real estate, Nicola has a great deal of experience in Financial Lending, Purchase and Sale Transactions. Her expertise in real estate processing and closing coupled with her outstanding representation makes her a force to be reckoned with in the industry.
Joycelyn has over 16 years of New York real estate experience. Her vast experience in the legal field includes banking transactions, transactional and predatory lending, short sales and closings. Her attention to detail along with her responsive and helpful nature has allowed her to maintain many positive relationships within the institutional lending community.
Benjamin graduated from Stetson University with a degree in music education. He has an extensive background in education, arts administration and the performing arts. While at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, he was a member of the Mock Trial and Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Teams. He clerked with the San Diego Public Defender’s Felony Division and worked with the Veteran’s Legal Assistance Clinic; obtaining a favorable ruling in the San Diego Family Court. Prior to clerking at the law offices of Jerry M. Feeney, Benjamin was at Sanzo Law in San Diego, California where he handled business transactions, civil litigation and family law matters.
Alex is an enthusiastic, diligent, and hardworking employee of the firm. With several years of experience in management, customer service, and office administration, Alex strives to be an asset to the Jerry M. Feeney team both as a 1031 Assistant and in a jack-of-all-trades capacity. In his spare time, Alex is the co-founder of Fawkes Hole Records, where he has an outlet for his creativity and audio engineering skills. Prior to his time at Jerry M. Feeney, Alex was a Legal Secretary and Clerk for Zammit-Sudul LLC, a family law firm based out of Atlanta, GA.
Angelo has over 15 years in the Finance field, the majority of which has been spent within the law firm environment as a Controller. Other industries he has worked in include banking, manufacturing and non-profits. Angelo is multi-talented and has a very outgoing personality. His goal throughout his career has always been to make sure the Finance department he was managing was compliant, and to help firms succeed in achieving their goals. His expertise includes a working knowledge of a number of accounting software applications, giving him the ability to help firms transition into them, as well as solve issues for companies already using the software.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Daniel Santiago is a former senior account executive at Accel Capital, where he assisted clients in search of small business funding. Daniel is currently studying Criminal Justice at Kingsborough Community College for his associate degree. Lourdes graduated from LaGuardia Community College with an Associate in Business Administration. She has years of experience as an Administrative Assistant; her past jobs consisted of working closely with senior staff and dealing with confidential information. At the law offices of Jerry M. Feeney, Lourdes oversees the reception area and assists the Closing Department with ordering lien search/title reports and co-op collateral. She is always willing to help with whatever is needed in the office, and continuously strives for excellency.
Safina Sethi is a recent graduate from Baruch College, where she majored in Human Resources Management and double minored in Law and Policy as well as Business Law. Her past experience includes providing administrative support for the records, trademark and patent departments at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and at Glenn Goldstein MD PC. Safina has always been interested in real estate, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York. In the near future, she plans to pursue a career in business law by obtaining both a masters’ degree and a JD.
Tivia Marie from Bayonne, New Jersey, is a recent Edison Job Corps Academy Graduate. She studied Office Administration as a trade, and is certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist.
