I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your seminar yesterday morning. Your technique to involve the participants was great. I learned a lot of history from you, which put so much into perspective in regards to real estate. I had read Robert Caro’s biography of Lyndon Johnson during the Civil Rights Era, which was quite enlightening about the passage of bill, but I hadn’t thought about it in respect to housing at the time. Thank you for teaching this and please keep me informed of other courses that will be offered.
