Buying and Selling
We represent buyers and sellers of condominiums, cooperatives and houses throughout the metropolitan area. Our geographic practice ranges from Manhattan to Montauk, and north to Rockland County, representing a range of clientele from the most sophisticated repeat buyer of a multi-million dollar residence to a first time homeowner acquiring a studio coop in Queens. Each deal is treated with the same level of importance, attention and urgency. Each stage of the transaction is carefully explained, and the client is guided through the process with as much – or as little – detail as requested, depending on the client’s preferences. We have successfully completed over 1,000 transactions, and pride ourselves on making the buying or selling experience smooth, clear, and enjoyable.

Short Sales
Homeowners who owe more on their loan than can be realized from the sale of their home, may be able to utilize a “short sale” to obtain bank approval to satisfy the loan obligation without paying the full amount due. This option, which has less impact on a borrower’s credit than a foreclosure, requires careful attention to detail and persistence. Our experience working with debt workouts provides a valuable advantage to those seeking such relief from their lender. Because banks are not interested in owning real estate, and have incentives not to foreclose on delinquent borrowers, they often consider permitting a short sale. But getting this transaction approved is complicated, and bureaucratic, and the chances of success are greatly improved by using the resources of our firm.
